Behind positive gains for shares of Salesforce.com Inc. and Nike, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is trading up Friday afternoon. The Dow DJIA, +0.80% was most recently trading 128 points, or 0.4%, higher, as shares of Salesforce.com Inc. CRM, +3.99% and Nike NKE, +3.01% are contributing around 25% of the index’s intraday rally. Salesforce.com Inc.’s shares have gained $8.16, or 3.9%, while those of Nike have climbed $3.69 (2.9%), combining for an approximately 78-point boost for the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the gain are Apple Inc. AAPL, +2.09%, Visa V, +2.65%, and American Express AXP, +2.01%. A $1 move in any of the Dow’s 30 components equates to a 6.59-point swing.
